Lavandula x heterophylla

Description

Sweet Lavender. A vigorous hybrid, with upright stems of light grey-green leaves and violet-blue flowers in summer. Growing up to 1 metre high for the foliage and 1.3 metres with the flower spikes. The flowers are strongly fragrant and suitable for drying. Flowering is heaviest in spring, but also occurs intermittently throughout the year.
